Payroll Compensation:
I am a former or current employee of Agape Home Care during the period between January 1, 2020 and January 1, 2020. Agape Home Care has notified me of a pending class action lawsuit filed against Agape Home Care during the period cited above, and they have offered an opportunity for me to review my payroll records to confirm that I have been compensated correctly during that time period, and to rectify any errors that may be found.
