COVID BOOSTER INELIGIBLE

Agape Home Care staff who are ineligible to receive their booster shot before February 1, 2022, will be required (by the State) to COVID test weekly until they are able to receive their booster. We will be sending out weekly reminders on Monday and Thursdays (official testing days). After taking your COVID tests, text a photo of the results to (707) 498-2000 for your file.

Rapid tests can be picked up from the Administrative office OR testing can be administered at the office if desired. Tests can also be done at any local testing site (register and schedule your appointments at regular days in advance, the beginning and ending of each week).
