PACE CAREGIVER SURVEY
PACE has asked if any Agape staff are willing to participate in a short caregiver survey they are conducting. It is voluntary and can be anonymous. If you choose to participate in this survey, please be professional in your responses, as you represent our agency. Obviously, if you have any concerns related to your employment, this survey is not the platform to voice them (reach out to Agape Management directly). Thank you.
Humboldt Senior Resource Center's Board of Director is planning for the future of older people in Humboldt County and surrounding areas. They would like to collect more information from local caregivers about challenges they face in:
* primary needs of the people they serve
* day to day challenges
* barriers to providing care
* maintaining self-care
They are not looking exclusively for feedback about your interactions with Humboldt Senior Resource Center participants but with all your clients. If there is anyone else you know who would like to take part in the survey, please forward the link or this email to them.
